Current AUTOPAY Customers: If you are currently on Direct Debit (Bank EFT) AUTOPAY through the old billing portal, you
do not need to sign up for AUTOPAY again on this portal.
Convenience Fee: There is a 3.25% convenience fee, or $2.50, whichever is greater, on all credit and debit card transactions, and $1.25 convenience fee on all e-check transactions.

- Bill Pay at their bank
- Mailing a personal check
- Paying in person at the City Hall Customer Services counter using cash, check, or money order
