Office Hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays
If you have received a DISCONNECT NOTICE, please call Customer Services during business hours at 805-583-6736 to report your payment.
Current AUTOPAY Customers: If you are currently on Direct Debit (Bank EFT) AUTOPAY through the old billing portal, you do not need to sign up for AUTOPAY again on this portal.
Convenience Fee: There is a 3.25% convenience fee, or $2.50, whichever is greater, on all credit and debit card transactions, and $1.25 convenience fee on all e-check transactions.
Convenience Fee-Free Payment Options:
- Automatic Bank Draft
- Bill Pay at their bank
- Mailing a personal check
- Paying in person at the City Hall Customer Services counter using cash, check, or money order
If customers would like to enroll in Bank Draft, follow the instructions listed on this form, complete and return to the City.
